Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Kebijakan Hutang, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Investment Decisions, Debt Policy and Dividend Policy on Company Value in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2022. This research is associative research and the type of data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports and company annual reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and on related company websites. The population of this research is all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2022. The total population is 84 companies. Based on the predetermined criteria, the number of companies that meet the sample criteria is 19 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique for panel data with a Random Effect Model approach. The research results show that Investment Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Company Value, Debt Policy has a negative and significant effect on Company Value, Dividend Policy has a negative and significant effect on Company Value.
