In the era of globalization of organizational culture, leadership styles and career development are needed. Employees with a high understanding of organizational culture can increase work enthusiasm and solve problems in the company, while a good leadership style will create individuals who have strong determination and are persistent in completing work and have a close relationship between employees and leaders. Then good career development is needed to increase employee enthusiasm to achieve company targets and foster an attitude of employee commitment to the company. The combination of these three things can improve employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and career development on the performance of PTPN 3 Rantauprapat employees. The population in this study was 416 employees. This research is descriptive in nature with a quantitative approach. The technique used to manage data is multiple linear regression. The results of research based on simultaneous tests (F-test) show that organizational culture, leadership style and career development have a significant effect on the performance of PTPN 3 Rantauprapat employees. Then, based on the partial test (t-test), it shows that each variable of organizational culture, leadership style and career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PTPN 3 Rantauprapat employees. Leadership Style is the most dominant variable influencing Employee Performance, followed by Organizational Culture, and the final variable is Career Development.
