Abstract

Currently, many companies use their own estimated price method before procuring the goods or services required by a company. Procurement of goods/services consists of procurement of goods, construction work, consulting services and other services. This final assignment aims to determine the steps and obstacles in preparing and determining HPS for single fertilizer procurement for palm oil at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II and the effectiveness of HPS in attracting and increasing vendor offers. Based on the results of the analysis, the HPS is prepared based on procurement request documents from plantations which contain specifications for the type and brand of single fertilizer. Then, the next step is to check the market price to find out the market price of the fertilizer and prepare a price evaluation report and prepare your own estimated price using the formula for calculating the HPS of the fertilizer. And the HPS is determined with the approval of the HPS by the section head. So that PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II prepares its own estimated price according to the type and brand requested by the plantation and also in accordance with the budget set by the Accounting and Finance Section so that there are no errors in the procurement of single fertilizer for palm oil and excesses over the budget for procurement of single fertilizer for coconut palm.
