Pengaruh Firm Size, Return on Asset, Earning Per Share, Financial Leverage, dan Disclosure of Risk Factors in Prospectus terhadap Initial Return pada Perusahaan yang Melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada Tahun 2020-2022

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, return on assets, earnings per share, financial leverage, and disclosure of risk factors in prospectus on initial return in companies that do IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. Determination of the sample through purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria so that a sample of 129 companies was obtained. The data analysis method carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 application is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from this study are firm size has a significant positive effect on initial return, return on assets has no effect on initial return, earning per share has a significant negative effect on initial return, financial leverage has no effect on initial return, and disclosure of risk factors has a significant negative effect on initial return. Firm size, return on assets, earning per share, financial leverage, and disclosure of risk factors simultaneously affect initial return.
