The Effect of Service Quality, Trust and Price on Customer Satisfaction of Maxim Bike Users (Study on The Subdistrict Community of Medan Selayang)
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Trust and Price on
Customer Satisfaction on Maxim bike users in Medan Selayang District. This
research is associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The
population in this study is Maxim bike users in Medan Selayang District whose
number is unknown. The number of samples in this study was 90 respondents with
accidental sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using a
questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results
show that simultaneously Service Quality, Trust and Price have a positive and
significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on Maxim bike users in Medan Selayang
District. The results of the research are partially Service Quality have a positive and
significant effect on. Customer Satisfaction for Maxim bike users in Medan
Selayang District. Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer
Satisfaction on Maxim bike users in Medan Selayang District. Price has a positive
and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on Maxim bike users in Medan
Selayang District.
