Prosedur Penggunaan Anggaran Belanja Rapat Reses pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Medan

Abstract

This study aims to examine and evaluate the procedures for using the recess meeting expenditure budget at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Medan City. The Secretariat of the DPRD Medan City is a government institution responsible for supporting the operations of the DPRD Medan City, particularly in managing the budget for recess activities aimed at gathering and following up on public aspirations.This study found that the budget for recess activities at the Secretariat of the DPRD Medan City involves various types of expenditures such as office supplies, food and beverages, banner printing, documentation, and equipment rental. The procedures for using this budget are regulated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring transparency and accountability in the management of public funds.
