dc.description.abstractPayment is one of the things that must be done by customers because using the services provided becomes a customer bill every month. Payments are made through various payment methods, which makes the need for payment identification because more than one method is used. This study aims to determine the bill payment identification procedure carried out at the Billing Payment Collection Unit located at PT Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra. The data in this study were taken from interview activities with employees directly, observation activities, and documentation activities. The payment identification process uses procedures that have been established by the company to remain systematic in processing payment identification. The payment identification procedure has been carried out in accordance with what has been set by the company, and customer data in the company is guaranteed confidentiality.en_US
