dc.description.abstractThe introduction of the properties of light is one of the topics taught to students at level IV of primary school. However, because the learning media used is still conventional, students still have difficulty understanding the material. This research aims to apply AR as an alternative media and learning method that is innovative, interactive and interesting so that it can increase the enthusiasm of students to learn the material of the properties of light. AR is a technology that is able to visualize 3D virtual objects into part of the real world environment in realtime. This research applies the Hannafin and Peck model in its development, which involves three main stages, namely analysis, design, and development and implementation. Each stage will involve evaluation and improvement. This application applies the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize questions on the quiz, then the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm is used in determining the final score. The results of the study showed that AR learning media on the properties of light material on media experts obtained a score of 88.88%, testing on material experts obtained a score of 86.66%. Then the results of the trial conducted to students are divided into four aspects, namely the attention aspect (attention) gets a value of 90.77%, the relevance aspect (relevance) gets a value of 89.44%, the confidence aspect gets a value of 89.22% and satisfaction (satisfaction) gets a value of 90.11%. So the conclusion that can be drawn is that the AR learning media material for the properties of light is appropriate and very suitable for use.en_US
