Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the procedure for disbursing employee official travel funds at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat. The purpose of this research is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of employee official travel funds at the Secretariat of the Medan City DPRD. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with data analysis in the form of documentation and interviews. The results showed that the procedure for disbursing employee official travel funds at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat still experienced obstacles and obstacles. Therefore, improvements and optimization are needed in the procedure for disbursing employee official travel funds. In improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of employee official travel funds, it is recommended that the Medan City DPRD Secretariat make improvements and optimization in the procedure for disbursing employee official travel funds.
