Peranan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Bagi Manajemen dalam Pengambilan Keputusan pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I

Abstract

The accounting information system is one type of information system required by PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I in carrying out its daily operational activities to produce accounting information. Accounting information systems produce information related to financial reports. Financial reports are required to be able to describe the further impact of policies taken by company management and their impact in the future. So the company can find out to what extent previous decisions can influence the solution of existing problems. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the Accounting Information System for management in decision making at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. The types of data used by researchers in conducting this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used by the author are the documents required in this research. The data collection techniques used by the author in conducting this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive research method. The research results show that the accounting information system plays a role in management decision making at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I.
