Prosedur Penggajian Pegawai pada Bagian Perekonomian di Bappelitbang Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Effective management of human resources (HR) is the main key to the smooth operations of the North Sumatra Province Bappelitbang. One important aspect in HR management is payroll. Structured and systematic payroll procedures are needed to ensure that salaries are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with applicable regulations. This final assignment aims to explain the payroll procedures in the economic section of the Bappelitbang of North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is literature study and document analysis. The literature used includes statutory regulations related to payroll, salary guidelines at the Bappelitbang of North Sumatra Province, and various other sources. The results of this research are that the payroll procedures in the economic section of the North Sumatra Province Bappelitbang have been well designed to ensure that salaries are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with applicable regulations. This procedure is also designed to minimize the risk of errors and increase the efficiency of the payroll process.
