dc.description.abstract | In today's era of technological advancement, electronic devices can be utilized anytime and anywhere thanks to battery assistance, especially in the usage of conventional motorcycles. Fast charging of batteries involves a method of charging with high current levels combined with voltage optimization. This research aims to optimize the charging of the GS ASTRA MF GTZ-5S 12V 3.5Ah motorcycle battery using the fast charging method based on constant current-constant voltage with the XL4015 buck converter. The results of the study indicate that the CC-CV method efficiently charges the battery in 78 minutes, reaching a final voltage of 13.8 V and a final charging current of 0.45 A, utilizing a relay protection system. Visualization of data using Google Colab and Python provides flexibility in data analysis, strengthening the interpretation of research findings.
