Introduction : Cirrhosis hepatis is disease chronic existing throughout in the world , The disease this is at on 14th place as reason death in adults throughout in the world , Neutrophils lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and Monocytes lymphocyte ratio (MLR) is two hematological parameters relate with response immune body to inflammation and can give information prognostic including disease cirrhossis. Red cell distribution width (RDW) is a measuring parameter variation size cell blood red in sample blood can reflect condition inflammation. Use of NLR, MLR, and RDW as predictor outcomes on patient cirrhosis with hepatitis B Examination obtained from results hematology routine use sample EDTA blood and be measured with flow cytometry with Sysmex XN-1000.
Research methods : This is studies observational analytic with method data collection Cross Sectional. Study This use sample blood patient disease in The gastro- enterohepatology subdivision treated at H.Adam Malik General Hospital, Medan , was 42 patients . Study This implemented after get permission ethics And sheet agreement .
Results : On study This of 42 patients obtained man totaling 31 people (73.8%) and Woman totaling 11 people (26.2%). Average age subject is 55 .31 year . Results average more NLR value tall on patient cirrhosis with hepatitis B died 11.67 . Average MLR is more tall on patient cirrhosis with hepatitis B died is
1 .47 , and Average RDW is more tall on patient with Hepatitis B cirrhosis died 19.36.
Conclusion : Research This use analysis multivart one variable significant independence influential to outcome on patient Cirrhosis with Hepatitis B, namely NLR with mark Exp (B) is 14.286 (95% IK 2.454 – 83.171) which means that patient hepatitis B cirrhosis with NLR value ≥ 9.14 will risky experience deaths 14.28 times compared patient hepatitis B cirrhosis with mark ratio < 9.14.
