The Influence of Job Stress, Job-Family Conflict, and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance at Bank BTN KC Medan
Abstract
Employee performance greatly influences the sustainability of a company, especially in the BUMN sector, one of which is in the financial and banking sectors. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Job Stress, Work-Family Conflict, and Work-Life Balance on employee performance at Bank BTN KC Medan. The population in this study were all employees (employees) at Bank BTN KC Medan, totaling 153 people, where the samples taken were married employees (Proposive method). The type of research used is associative with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data was obtained through primary data and secondary data. The research results at the significance level α = 5% (0.05) show the results of the t-test that: (1) Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance, (2) Work-Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance, (3) Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test show that the influence of Job Stress, Work-Family Conflict, and Work-Life Balance, simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Bank BTN KC Medan. The most dominant variable influencing employee performance at Bank BTN KC Medan is Work-Family Conflict, then Work-Life Balance, and Job Stress.
