dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Work Life
Balance, Human Relations, and Physical Work Environment on Performance at CV.
Indoscots Baby Utama Bandung either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in
this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all CV
employees. Indoscots Baby Utama Bandung. The sample in this study used a saturated
sample with a total of 36 people. The data collection technique in this research used a
questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear
Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of
Determination. Data processing in this research uses the SPSS (Statistical Package for the
Social Sciences) software program. The results of this research are that work life balance,
human relations, and the physical work environment have a significant effect on
performance at CV. Indoscots Baby Utama Bandung. work life balance has a positive and
significant effect, human relations has a positive and significant effect, the physical work
environment has a positive and significant effect on performance at CV. Indoscots Baby
Utama Bandung. Individually, the variable that has the greatest influence is the physical
work environment variable with a regression coefficient of 0.756, then the variable that
has the smallest influence is the human relations variable with a regression coefficient of
0.129. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.670 shows that employee performance
variables can be explained by the variables work life balance, human relations, physical
work environment at 67%, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables
outside the two variables used in this research. | en_US |
