Prosedur Pencairan Dana Perjalanan Dinas Pegawai Bappelitbang Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Bappelitbang of North Sumatra Province stands for Planning, Research and Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. This agency has the main task of assisting the Governor in the implementation of Regional Government in the field of Regional Development Planning. In carrying out work activities, Bappelitbang Provsu also conducts regular official travel activities. Before going on a business trip, the assigned employee must follow a predetermined procedure including the procedure for disbursing official travel funds. The procedure for disbursing official travel funds is the steps that must be followed by employees who go on official trips to get the funds needed during the trip. The method used in writing this final project is qualitative. In particular, the purpose of qualitative research methods is a research method from the specific to the general. This method, allows the author to understand the social conditions and assumptions being studied, and ultimately develop a theoretical relationship model. When doing this activity, all costs incurred are borne first by the employee on duty. After that employees will take care of the completeness of the physical documents needed for the disbursement of official travel funds.
