    Abstract
    This research is entitled "Representation of the Existence of Journalists in Korean Drama Little Women". The purpose of this study is to determine the representation of the existence of journalists in the Korean drama Little Women and to find out the code of ethics that is obeyed and violated by the media and journalists in the Korean drama Little Women, and also know the meaning of myths regarding the representation of existence in the Korean drama Little Women The subject of this research is the Korean Drama Little Women and the object is the representation of the existence of journalists in the Korean Drama Little Women. This research uses mass communication theory and uses Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis with denotation, connotation, and myth analysis tools and refers to 7 South Korean press codes of ethics, namely Freedom of Press, Responsibility of Press, Independence of the Press, News and Commentary, Honoring Dignity and Privacy, Honoring the Right to Replay and Access to Media, and Conduct of Journalist. This research uses qualitative methods, accompanied by the constructivism paradigm. The result of this study is a representation of the existence of journalists who are in accordance with journalistic elements and comply with the South Korean press code of ethics are HTN TV Channel and other presses. Journalistic activities that have not effectively complied with the code of ethics but dominate every episode are attached to OBN TV Channel with reporters Oh In Kyung and Choi Ma Ri. Forms of violations of the journalistic code of ethics include dramatizing the news, editing news that cornered someone, intervention from third parties, not maintaining the dignity of a journalist and degrading the dignity of others.
