dc.description.abstractIndustry has an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially the UMKM sector which continues to grow rapidly. However, this growth is often accompanied by an increase in waste in the production system which can reduce the company's competitive advantage. This research aims to apply Lean and Green Manufacturing methods to reduce environmental waste at UD. Keripik Cap Rumah Adat Minang. Lean Manufacturing focuses on reducing waste through improving the efficiency of the production process, while Green Manufacturing focuses on reducing negative impacts on the environment. This research uses the Environmental Value Stream Mapping (EVSM) approach to identify and analyze waste and propose improvements through the Kaizen concept. The results show that by implementing Lean and Green Manufacturing, the company can reduce various types of waste such as overproduction, waiting time, transportation, processing, inventory, motion, and defects. In addition, the environmental impact of the production process can also be minimized through reduced water, energy, and material consumption and better waste managementen_US
