Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Supply Chain Management Menggunakan Metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hirearchy Process (AHP) Di PT. Xyz

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) that manages orthodox black tea. Research findings indicate that the company faces challenges in sourcing raw materials, resulting in delayed deliveries and failure to meet production targets. Consequently, the company conducted Supply Chain Management performance measurements to evaluate its supply chain performance. This study aims to identify performance indicators used to enhance company performance and optimize the production of orthodox black tea powder. Supply Chain Management performance measurements were conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods.The five core processes in SCOR is plan, source, make, deliver, and return were used as parameters to measure SCM productivity. After data processing, 12 prioritized performance indicators were identified, with reliability and responsiveness prioritized through weighting using the AHP method. Based on data processing results normalized using the Snorm de Boer method, it was found that 6 performance indicators showed values between 60-80 (Good). The total performance calculation yielded a score of 74.73, indicating that performance measurement at PT XYZ can be categorized as "Good"
