    Abstract
    Improving mangrove forest plants requires mangrove seedlings that grow well and have pest and disease resistance. This is because, whatever maintenance standards are used, the use of the best seedlings will be essential to achieve the best results. A decision support system that can determine the quality of mangrove seedlings must have consistent, accurate calculations, and be processed with computational speed to obtain quality mangrove seedling results. In addition, the system should be able to answer questions and substantiate statements about the quality of the planted mangrove seedlings. Therefore, a certain method is needed for the decision-making system in determining the best mangrove seedlings. Based on this, the decision-making system requires certain methods to determine the best mangrove seedlings. Among the algorithms that determine the decision-making system in determining quality mangrove seedlings is the weighted product method and weighted sum model. This method uses the S Vector and V Vector values of each mangrove seedling sample tested. The test results show that the product weight method and the total weight of the model have a calculation result of 0.0122512 for the weighted product and 5 for weighted sum model.
