Abstract

The People's Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) is one of the highest state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system and is a people's representative body. Qualitative research methods were used in its preparation. Specifically, the purpose of qualitative research methods is research methods from the specific to the general.
