    Abstract
This research aims to identify the water feasibility at the Sembahe River natural bathing destination in mountainous watershed areas by leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Turbidity, ultrasonic, and water flow sensors are employed to measure water quality, with turbidity reading at 1.29 volts, ultrasonic sensor indicating a water depth of 47 cm, and a water flow rate of 88.17 L/h as the assessment parameters. Inferential statistical methods are applied to analyze the data, focusing on the average values of the three sensors over three days when the water is considered suitable. In this system, LoRa connectivity serves as both a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is positioned at the riverbank to read data from the three installed sensors, process this information using a microcontroller to determine water feasibility based on predefined parameters. Subsequently, the analyzed data is transmitted to the receiver, responsible for uploading the information to various outputs such as a Telegram bot, Thinger.io dashboard, and a website. The system provides real-time information through a Telegram bot, alerting users if the sensor readings exceed 1.29 volts for turbidity, fall below 47 cm for ultrasonic depth, or surpass 88.17 L/h for water flow, indicating unsuitable water conditions. Water quality data is also presented on the Thinger.io dashboard, enabling users to monitor water quality in detail. This information is further integrated into a website, offering easy access for the public to check the water feasibility status at the destination. Thus, this system is expected to make a positive contribution to environmental management and preservation around the Sembahe River natural bathing destination. Additionally, it aids in taking preventive measures or necessary improvements to maintain water quality and visitor safety.
