Implementasi Chatbot Menggunakan Natural Language Processing untuk Mempelajari Hukum Bacaan Al-Qur’an

Abstract

In the current digital era, the rapid advancement of technology, driven by human intelligence, has led to the creation of new inventions supported by technology, utilizing human intelligence for autonomous decision making, known as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Chatbot technology is one application of Artificial Intelligence designed to facilitate human daily activities. The teaching of the laws of the Qur’an begins at an early age, yet only a few Muslims truly comprehend it. With this chatbot, “gadgets can generate reward” for us as we study the laws if Qur’anic recitation. The implementation of a chatbot for introducing the laws of Qur’anic recitation is explained concisely. The language input by the user is Indonesian, and the responses, which include text, image and audio, facilitate the users’s understanding of the laws of Qur’anic recitation. In this research, the system was developed using the Natural Language Processing (NLP) method which was implemented on the platform with the help of the Telegram API and the Python programming language. The resulting chatbot has been tested and obtained a percentage value of 96%. These results show that the chatbot is effective and suitable to be used to help users learn the laws of reading the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly.
