The use of a PLC as the main control brain ensures precise coordination in filling and closing gallons, while the robotic arm is used to move empty gallons onto the conveyor. Research results show that the implementation of automatic conveyors with PLCs and robotic arms can increase production efficiency, reducing dependence on workers manual, and avoid production errors. The results of this design showed that the conveyor speed when the gallon was empty was obtained with an average of 8.09 cm/s with an average time of 22.60 seconds and the power measurements carried out obtained an average result of 300.61 Watts, whereas in the experiment Calculating the speed of the conveyor when the gallon is full, the average speed is 8.16 cm/s with an average time of 22.41 seconds with a path length of 183 cm and the power measurement obtained is an average of 299.98 Watts. Apart from experiments with conveyors, experiments were also carried out with a robot arm which resulted in the speed of movement of the robot arm when the gallon was lifted and placed on the conveyor. The recorded time was 25.57 seconds and the average power measured was 121.92 Watts with the same speed. set on the robot is 60%
