Implementasi Metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank (SMARTER) sebagai Sistem Pintar Penentu Reses Kantor DPRD Langkat

Abstract

The DPRD is a political agency that has the authority to regulate the APBD. The DPRD as regional representatives is responsible for following up on people's aspirations and carrying out government programs, namely recess, where the Langkat DPRD is directly involved in the field. In the Langkat DPRD office recess program, a system is needed that can support decision making in determining which villages will be visited for recess first. Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become a necessity for humans because they are considered to be able to provide problem solving using adaptive algorithms to get rankings and produce rational decisions without favoring certain individuals. The system in this study is an implementation of the SMARTER method as a smart system for determining Langkat DPRD office recess. This system is expected to be able to balance development in Langkat Regency. This research produces a web-based information system that produces village recommendations for recess visits to the Langkat DPRD office.
