The development of computer network technology in the modern era has had a significant impact, especially through the internet which changes the way of communicating to be more flexible, without the limitations of space, distance, and time. Communication is an important thing that becomes a basic need for everyone in various conditions, especially in a company where communication is needed to exchange information. Without good communication can lead to miscommunication between individuals. High telephone activity in the company often causes a soaring telephone bill to be paid, so it is necessary to build video call communication to improve communication efficiency between employees without using PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) telephones. This research aims to create a video call communication system using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology with Briker as a server. Thus, this technology offers the right solution to reduce the waste of operational costs of an agency. The way VoIP works is by converting the voice format into digital which will be sent over a LAN network or the internet. Briker itself is a Linux distro specifically designed to be a VoIP server so that it can build its own call center using a LAN network. The method used in this study is the calculation method for QoS parameters measured based on distance. With the Wireshark application, data packets sent and received on network traffic will be observed to measure Quality of Services parameters including throughput, delay, and jitter. The results of the calculation of QoS parameters obtained a throughput value of 10807.48 Kbps, a delay value of 1.03 ms, and a jitter value of 1.06 ms. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the VoIP communication system with Briker as a server built to be implemented in office buildings can run well with the results of testing QoS parameters in accordance with the standards that have been recommended by ITU namely good category.
