Abstract

UD. Citra Jaya is a company that produces furniture, one of product that they produce is jamb. UD. Citra Jaya has several problems that have an impact on supply chain performance. This research is useful to see in the production process there are various indicators that cause a decrease in performance. The stages of research carried out are determining Key Performance Indicators based on the state of company performance and grouped using the SCOR method with process Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return, furthermore KPI weighting is carried out using Snorm De Boer, then determining the hierarchy is grouped in level 1, level 2, and level 3 using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to compare which factors are more influential than the weighting of each work indicator, and the calculation of the overall final value of supply chain performance obtained by multiplying between the normalized value (Snorm De Boer) of KPIs and the results of AHP weighting. From the results of the study, measurements were made on 19 indicators with 7 indicators in green, 3 indicators in yellow and 9 indicators in red. On the yellow indicator it needs to be enhancement and on the red indicator it needs to be improved on performance. Results of supply chain performance calculations at UD companies.
