    Abstract
Research on the analysis of temperature and pyrolysis time variations on the crystallinity and morphology of graphene nano sheet from corn cob has been carried out. The aims of this research are to analysis the optimum pyrolysis temperature (T) and time (t) conditions to produce Graphene Nano Sheets (GNS) with the best crystallinity and morphology from corn cob and to analyze the properties and characteristics of GNS from corn cob at the optimum temperature (T) and time (t) conditions. This research is an experimental laboratory and descriptive research. GNS was synthesized base on corn cob as raw materials used pyrolyzed method with with various treatment variations (temperature and time), namely Tpyrolysis-II = 250 ℃, 300 ℃, and 350 ℃; tpyrolysis-II = 30 and 60 minutes. The produced GNS is characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy Energy Dispersive X-Ray (SEM-EDX), and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). The research data show that the optimum pyrolyzed condition to produced GNS with the best crystallinity and morphology from corn cobs is in the fourth treatment variation (Tpirolisis-I = 300 ℃, tpirolisis-I = 30 minutes; Tpirolisis-II = 300 ℃, tpirolisis-II = 60 minutes) with a yield obtained of 15,1 % (w/w). XRD data of GNS shows wide peak at C (002) (2θ = 24.2˚) and weak peak at C (100) (2θ = 44.5˚) indicating successful produced of GNS with amorphous crystallinity. This XRD data is supported by SEM-EDX and FTIR data, GBN has a morphology composed of weakly bound sheets with small pores and is dominated by carbon (C) atoms at 85.71 %, and has an aromatic carbon sp2 structure at 1572,9 cm-1 (FTIR data).
