The definition of material is that raw materials processed by industrial companies can be obtained from local purchases, imports or self-processing. Some metal smelting furnaces require walls that have good heat absorption, for this reason a material is selected that can withstand the heat flow rate at a temperature of 660 ̊ C for 50 minutes. Analyzing and calculating the effect of cement and fire-resistant bricks SK-34 on the walls of the crussible furnace. The effect of materials in this smelting furnace reaches 50 minutes with an outside temperature of 43°C and the time to melt 6 kg aluminum in a smelter using refractory cement and is also more environmentally friendly with good heat absorption on the wall, the amount of heat absorbed is 5593.76 kj. On the wall, it is necessary to calculate the density of the inner wall S = 0.5 of the outer wall S=2 type density on the bottom wall. For porosity on the wall is ϕ= 0.17 %en_US
