Abstract
The binder called geopolymer is made from natural materials which replaces cement and goes through a polymerization procedure to harden. Natural materials that are preferred as a substitute for cement are materials that contain silica oxide. The use of duck eggshell flour which is waste from the rest of the snack food manufacturing with various variations in the percentage of 0%, 10%, 30% and 50%, from the weight of geopolymer paste provides its own added value to geopolymer concrete. The tests carried out are as follows compressive strength, testing against high temperatures and SEM testing. The test results obtained are as follows average compressive strength based on curing time after being burned at 1000 ºC, increased at 28 days curing time. And the test specimen collapsed after being burned in the FE55S8 variation with 8 molar mixing, 50:50 fly ash and duck eggshell powder, and treatment for 7 days. The average compressive strength based on molarity after furnace treatment at 1000 ºC, increased at 12 M molarity, and decreased the average compressive strength of the specimens at 16 M molarity. The maximum average compressive strength produced is 24 MPa. Based on the analysis, the optimum combination is the FE10S12 combination with 12 Molar mixing, 100:0 fly ash and duck eggshell powder, and 28 days of treatment
