    Abstract
The background of this researd, is the implementation of Sustainable Voter Data Update for the regions that did not hold Regional Elections in 2020. In contrast with the data update carried out during the stages of General Election period which is conducted according to regulation and a strong support system, the sustainable voter data update in lndragiri Hilir Regency during the 2020- 2022 non-election stage period is not supported by adequate regulations and infrastructure, such as budget availability and supports from disdukpencapil (Population and Civil Registration Agency) as the main source of database. To answer the research problems, the theory of policy evaluation of CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) is used in this research. This qualitative research is conducted using a case study approach. The data are collected through in-depth interviews with selected informants, observations and required documents. The evaluation of sustainable voter data update carried out during the 2020-2012 non-e1ection stage period in Indragiri Hilir Regency indicates that the support for the implementation of sustainable voter data update has not been optimal. Therefore, the voter daJa have not fully met the accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date standards because double voter data are still found and they become invalid during the pairing process benveen PDPB and DP4 data results that later will be used during DPT arrangement process for 2024 General Election.
