Identifikasi dan Analisis Risiko Proyek Konstruksi terhadap Kinerja Waktu Proyek dengan Metode Risk Mapping (Studi Kasus Proyek Pembangunan Masjid RSUP. H. Adam Malik Medan)

Abstract

Project risk is how activities, events or activities that tend to have a negative impact on project plans, quality, performance, timeliness and cost. Project risks in terms of time can have an impact on project performance, project quality, and project cost limits. The construction project of the Adam Malik Medan Hospital Mosque is a construction project that has experienced delays in implementation time from what was previously planned. The project delay is inseparable from the existence of several risks that cannot be avoided, but can be minimized by risk management with various methods. So that risk management aims to find out and reduce the risks that occur in the implementation of the construction of the Medan Adam Malik Hospital Mosque project so that the project can be completed immediately. In this study, identification of risks will be carried out to determine the risks that have the most influence on the delay in the implementation of the construction of the Adam Malik Medan Hospital Mosque project, followed by an analysis of the risks that occur and an appropriate mitigation action is taken against the risks on the project, so that the project can be completed properly. The method used in this research is the Risk Mapping method. The results obtained through this study are that there is 1 dominant risk with a high risk category, 9 risks with a medium risk category and 10 risks with a low risk category
