dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the influence of career development, compensation and work discipline on PT's Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Novel Pharmaceutical Laboratories Medan. The population in this study was 30 people. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with a sample size of 30 PT employees. Novel Pharmaceutical Laboratories Medan. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that simultaneously, career development, compensation and work discipline have a significant influence on PT's Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Novel Pharmaceutical Laboratories Medan. Partially, career development, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on PT's Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Novel Pharmaceutical Laboratories Medan. From the results of the determinant coefficient analysis, it is obtained that R Adjusted Square (R^2) is 0.929, this means that 92.9 percent of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable can be explained by the variables of career development, compensation and work discipline, while the remainder can be explained by other variables not examined in the research.
