dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction towards organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The subjects in this study are 44 health workers. This research uses quantitative methods by deploying a psychological scale in the form of a Likert Scale, such as the Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfaction scales. The data analysis method used in this research is using a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Job Satisfaction that is 17.4%. This result shows that the higher Job Satisfaction, the higher Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on health workers.en_US
