dc.description.abstractThis research aims to determine the effect of emotional support on career maturity in Final Level Students Departement of D-III Civil Engineering Politeknik Negeri Medan (POLMED). The subjects in this research were 108 final year students majoring in D-III Civil Engineering. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing psychological scales in the form of a Likert scale, namely the emotional support and career maturity scales. The data analysis method used in the research is simple regression analysis. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence of peer support on career maturity, namely 4.6% percent. This shows that the higher the emotional support, the higher the career maturity of final year students majoring in D-III Civil Engineering Politeknik Negeri Medan (POLMED).en_US
