This research is descriptive quantitative research which aims to determine the description of burnout among inclusive school teachers in North Sumatra. The research method used was quantitative descriptive involving 110 teachers from inclusive schools in North Sumatra as respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire that included demographic variables and a burnout scale consisting of 25 items. The research results show that the level of burnout among inclusive school teachers is very high, with 98.18% of teachers experiencing high burnout. High burnout was found evenly across all age groups, gender, educational background, employment status, teaching experience, marital status, type of school, and teacher role. Teachers with students with special needs in their classes also show high levels of burnout regardless of the number and type of special needs students.
