    Abstract
Mas Ponimin Tofu Factory produces tofu which has the main raw material being Soybeans. The supply of soybeans is an important factor in the factory's production activities. Mas Ponimin Tofu Factory must be able to determine the optimal amount of raw material inventory in order to minimize inventory costs. The problem at the Mas Ponimin Tofu Factory is that there is an overstock of soybean raw materials at the Mas Ponimin Tofu Factory which results in wasted costs, the price of raw materials offered by suppliers is a trigger for companies to place orders in large quantities in order to get lower prices, even though it is possible for raw materials in the storage warehouse to experience overstock. The price offered for soybean raw materials is IDR. 11,200 for orders of up to 10 tons and a discount on the price of raw materials to Rp. 10,500 for orders larger than 10 tons. The aim of this research is to find out how quantity discounts influence economic ordering decisions at the Mas Ponimin Tofu Factory. The method used in this research is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Quantity Discount model which is the most economical purchasing method to determine the optimal amount of raw material inventory. Based on the results of the data processing carried out, the order lot obtained using the company method was 1,157,500 kg and the EOQ method was 1,016,106 kg. The EOQ method is able to save soybean inventory costs of Rp. Rp.1,319,565,732 or 10.83% when compared to the actual condition of the company. The safety stock value obtained was 2,144 kg and the reorder point was made when the raw material was 7,852 kg. The greatest reduction in total inventory costs for soybean raw materials is by using the EOQ Quantity Discount model
