    Abstract
There are 22.5 million people with disabilities in Indonesia, and one of the causes of disability is stroke. Stroke is a health disorder caused by blockage or rupture of blood vessels. Stroke is divided into two, namely ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Ischemic stroke is caused by blockage of arteries. The recovery process of ischemic stroke can be done with rehabilitation. The stages of stroke rehabilitation are divided into 3 types, namely the acute stage, the recovery phase after sub-acute stroke and the recovery phase after chronic stroke. The chronic stroke phase is where patients tend to have no ability to take care of themselves so a walking aid is needed. Commercial walking aids consist of canes, crutches and walkers. The use of commercial walking aids results in disturbances in posture and Musculoskeletal Disorders, so the design of walking aids for stroke patients is carried out as a solution to reduce posture disturbances and Musculoskeletal Disorders using the Quality Function Deployment and anthropometric approach. The priority technical characteristics obtained through Quality Function Deployment Phase I are 1, 2, 3, and 4. The priority critical parts obtained through Quality Function Deployment Phase II are 1 and 3. Anthropometric dimensions are used to obtain the actual size of the walking aid
