dc.description.abstractThis research is a comparative quantitative research with the aim of seeing a description of the grit of Medan City elementary education teachers and to determine differences in the grit of Medan City elementary education teachers based on gender and age. The number of samples in this study was 191 Medan City elementary education teachers. The research results show that in general the grit of Medan City elementary education teachers is in the high category. There were 175 research participants in the high category, 16 participants in the medium category and there were no participants in the low category. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that there was no difference in the grit of Medan City elementary education teachers based on gender, but based on age it was found that there was a difference in the grit of Medan City elementary education teachers.en_US
