dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the effect of talent management on the employee performance of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Medan employees. This research used a quantitative research method. The subjects of this research were 60 employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Medan. Data collection was carried out using a likert scale consisting of a employee performance scale and a talent management scale. The analytical method in the research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that talent management has a positive effect on employee performance of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Medan employees (sig = 0,000, F = 32,493, t = 5,700). Talent management has 35,9% effect on the employee performance of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Medan employees. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of talent management, the better the performance of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Medan employees.en_US
