| dc.description.abstract | Childbirth is the process of delivering a baby, placenta, and amniotic membranes, often causing trauma to the birth canal. This trauma is usually mild but can be expensive and dangerous in some cases. Birth canal wounds can lead to infections. This study aim to identify internal factors influencing perineal wound reality in postpartum mothers. The research utilizies an observational analytic design with a sample of 25 respondent selected through purposive sampling. Data were covered using questionnaires and REEDA scale observation sheets. Darn analysis employed the Fisher's exact rest and logistic regression test. The Fisher's test results indicated that nutritional status (p
value = 0.007) and personal hygiene (p-value = 0.032) significantly affect perineal wound healing, whereas age did not hove a significant effect (p-value = 1.000). logistic regression analysis showed that nutritional status for the strongest influence (OR = 0.048).
