dc.description.abstractWork Engagement is a positive, satisfying, and work-related thought characterized by vigor, dedication and absorption. There are factors that affect work engagement, one of which is job resources, which can reduce demands at work, one of which is by providing training. The provision of training is developing into modern training, in accordance with the times in today's digital era business, namely training with the concept of gamification. The concept of gamification is to use game-based mechanics, aesthetics and thought games to engage people. This research aims to see the effect of the concept of gamification in training on work engagement of PT. SOCI MAS employees. This research uses quantitative research methods with subjects totaling 120 respondents as research samples and with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a Likert scale consisting of a gamification concept scale and work engagement. The analysis method in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the concept of gamification has a positive and significant influence on the work engagement of PT SOCI MAS employees (Sig = 0.00 < 0.05, t = 4, 891 > 1, 981). The results of this study indicate that the concept of gamification in training has a significant positive effect on the work engagement of employees of PT SOCI MAS.en_US
