dc.description.abstractBackground: Library management in enhancing the quality of school libraries at SD Negeri 010086. Objective: The purpose of this final assignment is to understand the school library management at SD Negeri 010086. Method: The methods used in this study include literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this research is primary data obtained directly without intermediaries, sourced from informants through interviews. The researcher selected informants from librarians who manage library materials at SD Negeri 010086. Results: The research findings indicate that the library management at SD Negeri 010086 improves the quality of the library and increases the reading interest of teachers and students by assigning tasks to library staff. This allows the staff to independently perform their assigned tasks with knowledge gained from guideline books, thereby maximizing library management. Conclusion: The overall library management at SD Negeri 010086 operates effectively and smoothly according to existing operational standards.en_US
