| dc.description.abstract | Generation Z has begun to dominate the job market in recent years, known for their exceptional professionalism and productivity. However, research has shown that Generation Z is the least happy generation in their jobs. Based on previous studies, psychological capital significantly influences happiness at work. This study employs a correlational quantitative research method, collecting data using a Likert scale adapted from the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) by Luthans et al. (2007), which consist of 22 items, and the Happiness at Work Scale by Jones (2010), which consist of 34 items. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The study found that psychological capital positively affects happiness at work, with a significance value of .000 (p < 0.05), a correlation coefficient of 0.618, and a coefficient of determination of 0.39 or 39% with the remaining 61% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The majority of subjects have good psychological capital in the company of 66.9%. Meanwhile, for happiness at work, it is known that the majority of subjects also have good happiness at work, amounting to 53.3%. | en_US |
