This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of workers. The subjects of this study were 64
workers of Yayasan Mentari Meraki Asa who assisted people with tuberculosis.
The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The measuring
instrument used in this study is the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
scale which is a modification of the scale compiled by Febriani & Fatmawati
(2016) and the work motivation scale which is compiled based on the aspects
proposed by Munandar (in Nurfitriani, 2023). The data were analyzed statistically
using simple regression analysis. The results of statistical analysis show that there
is a positive influence of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB) on Yayasan Mentari Meraki Asa workers who assist people with
tuberculosis. This shows that the higher the work motivation of workers, the
higher the organizational citizenship behavior of Mentari Meraki Asa Foundation
workers who assist people with tuberculosis.
