Students who are members of the Campus Da'wah Institution (LDK) are faced with dual responsibilities: fulfilling academic duties and organizational duties. In this context, the concept of resilience becomes crucial. Research on the depiction of resilience among LDK members is important to understand the current state of members's resilience so that resilience can be enhanced, strengthen the sustainability of campus dakwah organizations, and improve individual well-being. This study utilizes a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research variable is resilience, operationalized as the ability of LDK members to recover and adapt positively after experiencing mental difficulties. The research population consists of LDK member students at USU, with a sample size of 126 individuals. Data was collected through questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and analyzed descriptively using the JASP statistical software. Data analysis reveals an overview of the level of resilience among the research subjects overall, providing a deep understanding of the ability of LDK members to face challenges and everyday life stresses. The results indicate an overall resilience score of 71.51, falling into the moderate category. The analysis also unveils differences in resilience scores between males and females, with females tending to have higher levels of resilience. Furthermore, variations in resilience are observed concerning age, tenure, place of residence, faculty, LDK origin, members position, and other demographic factors. Based on these findings, it is recommended to further understand the factors influencing resilience and develop specific resilience programs for campus Islamic propagation institution managers. Further research may be needed to delve deeper into these findings.en_US
