dc.description.abstract | The purpose of performance rating is to evaluate, improve, and allocate resources more effectively and to monitor the advancement of the performance. PT. Charoen Pokphand Farm is a subsidiary company which operates in chick poultry production, especially in raising broilers. The objective of the research is to find out the company's strategic goals and indicators of evaluating the performance of human resources in the company. The research uses descriptive quantitative method, and the data are collected by conducting interview and distributing questionnaires. Performance rating is done by using human Resource Scorecard by the aid of AHP in weighing interest. The perspectives in the research are finance, customers, internal business process, and growth &development. The result of the research shows that there are nine targeted goals applied by the company: increasing employees' productivity, increasing their prosperity, increasing their satisfaction, increasing their integrity, increasing communication, increasing recruitment standard, increasing the implementation of K3, increasing employees' skill, and increasing their knowledge. There are three KPIs in this research which are categorized as have not been achieved: production in the financial perspective, the level of occupational accidence in the perspective of internal business process, and DOC depletion in the perspective of growth and learning. On the other hand, there are six KPIs categorized as having been achieved: providing BPJS facility for employees, increasing their satisfaction, their capability of doing their job, implementation of meetings and evaluation, the number of employees that have fulfilled their qualification, and the number of trainings provided for them. | en_US |
