Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perencanaan Keuangan Masa Pensiun Aparatur Sipil Negara Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to examine the effect of demographics (gender and age), psychological factors (future perspective, financial risk tolerance, and clarity of retirement goals), and financial literacy on retirement financial planning. The population in this study is the state civil apparatus of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of North Sumatra Province and 11 KPPN in its working area. The sample in this study was 123 employees conducted by a non probability sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google-form media. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method with SmartPLS 4.1.0.2 software. The results of this study indicate that age, future perspective, clarity of retirement goals, and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on retirement financial planning. While gender and financial risk tolerance have no effect on retirement financial planning.
