    Abstract
    The tuak code in Dolog Masagal Subdistrict has local political dynamics that are reflected through the influence of local traditions and culture such as the tuak code. which is reflected through the influence of local traditions and cultures such as the tuak code. Code tuak code is not only a place to drink, but also a center of social and political interaction. Here, the community gathers to discuss politics, making it an important arena for political socialization and campaigning. P olitical discussions at the tuak code influence people's political opinions and choices, and strengthen social networks that support local political dynamics. Research on the role of tuak codes is important for understanding how local cultures influences d emocracy and politics at the community level in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, describing phenomena such as behavior and perceptions through observation and interviews. interviews, Data is analyzed by reduction to present the results in a systematic narrative, with conclusions drawn inductively based on evidence. with conclusions drawn inductively based on field evidence without generalization. without generalization.
