Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pilihan Politik pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Tahun 2020

Abstract

This research is used to determine the factors that influence political choices in the election of regional heads or election participants, as explained in Chapter I, the formulation of the problem proposed in this research is "Factors that influence voting behavior in regional head elections in Labuhan Regency Rock". The population of this research is people who live in Labuhanbatu Regency which consists of 9 (nine) sub-districts totaling 216,310 people. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, several conclusions related to voter behavior can be developed as follows. From the cross-tabulation results of voting behavior based on gender, men stated that they chose election candidates because of work program/vision and mission factors. From the cross-tabulation results of voter behavior based on education level, high school stated that they chose election candidate candidates because of their work program/vision and mission and well-known figure, voter behavior based on education stated that they agreed that the track record of election participant candidates was a consideration for exercising their right to vote. From the results of the cross tabulation of voter behavior based on age 31-40 years, they stated that they chose election candidates because of the supporting parties.
